By accessing or using LaunchProd (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

LaunchProd helps creators and businesses identify, design, source, and launch physical products. The Service includes channel analysis, product concepts and mockups, pricing and ROI estimates, launch reports, and, where offered, introductions to suppliers.

LaunchProd is an early-stage venture. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued, and some parts of the Service may be offered as a free preview or pilot.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Analysis, product recommendations, mockup images, pricing, margin and revenue projections, and reports are generated with the help of automated tools, including third-party AI models. They are provided for informational purposes only.

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for other users.
• Projections and estimates are not guarantees of sales, revenue, costs, or results.
• Outputs are not legal, financial, tax, or safety advice. Check product compliance, trademarks, and regulations for your market before launching.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for the decisions you make based on them.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, such as ideas, descriptions, and channel links. You grant LaunchProd a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content, including to our service providers, solely to operate and improve the Service.

You confirm you have the right to submit your content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Subject to these Terms, you may use the outputs generated for you, including mockups and reports, for your own business purposes.

When we introduce you to manufacturers, suppliers, or other third parties, any agreement you enter into is between you and that party. LaunchProd is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for their products, quality, pricing, delivery, or conduct. Please review samples and terms carefully before placing orders.

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to use.
• Use the Service to design counterfeit goods or products that infringe others' trademarks or designs.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Resell or provide access to the Service without our written permission.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to LaunchProd and its licensors. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or code except the right to use the Service as described here.

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product will succeed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchProd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, inventory, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify registered users by email or in the product. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
